If you are paying your state's annual affiliation fee by mail, please send it to the following address listed below for the Financial Secretary General . Included on this page you will find a Congress Report Form document. Please fill it out completely and email or mail it to lll. Mark D. Williams  33rd with your Grand Lodge check or money order in the amount of $500.00, payable to the

General Grand Masonic Congress. To be completed no later than July 1st, 2026.
